Admission to the Special Exhibition Hall and Cultural Exchange Exhibition Hall is free
for visitors who hold disability passes, and up to one accompanying caretaker.
Please do not purchase tickets beforehand. Instead, please approach our staff
directly at the entrances of the exhibition halls for entry.
Free parking is available. In the event that visitors with disability passes have
come to the museum by bus, please note that free parking will only apply if over
one-third of its passengers have their disability passes on hand.
Please show your disability passes or Mirairo ID app screen at the entrance to the
exhibition hall for free entry.
For group visits, one person from the group can apply as a representative. In this
case, only the representative needs to show their disability documentation. Group
visitors who wish to make use of this provision should follow the instructions in
the form below (Japanese only).
We have fifteen (15) wheelchairs available for rental. Please approach our
staff for assistance.
Visitors coming to the museum by car should make use of the dedicated
parking
spaces available next to the main entrance of the museum.
Visitors coming to the museum from Nishitetsu Dazaifu station should make
use
of the Rainbow Tunnel, which is located next to the Dazaifu Amusement Park.
This
wheelchair-accessible route leads up the mountain to the museum entrance and
is
fitted with a platform lift. Visitors who wish to use the lift should speak
to
our staff via the intercom. Up to one person may board the lift with the
primary
user.
