Restaurant Iinoji
Enjoy the flavors of Kyushu with Iinoji’s offerings of Kuroge Wagyu, and
Fukuoka specialty Yame green tea.
Try our menu items prepared with regional ingredients, such as our Kyushu
Wagyu Sukiyaki, or hot-stone Unagi Hitsumabushi. A teahouse and footbath
will be coming in February 2024 by the terrace of our restaurant.

Kyuhaku Garden Footbath and Teahouse
Located next to Restaurant Iinoji, enjoy an unagi musubi or try some regional Kyushu tea and sweets while taking a soak in our open-air footbaths located in this Japanese teahouse. Relax and enjoy the colorful seasons at our museum.

Kyushu National Museum M Café
In a corner of the 1F Entrance Hall of Kyushu National Museum, you will find
M Café. Here, you can take a break from strolling through the grounds of
Dazaifu Tenmangū Shrine and relax before or after viewing our
exhibitions.
Our carefully brewed coffee, Fukuoka’s Yame green tea, and local beverages
are served in Koishiwara cups and saucers, traditional pottery made in
Fukuoka Prefecture. We recommend pairing these beverages with our sweets,
such as original chiffon cakes and ice cream.
