The Kōmyōzenji Temple path platform lift, located to the west of the museum (towards Kokuhaku Street), is currently out of order.
Visitors wishing to avoid stairs on their way to and from the museum should use the platform lift in the Rainbow Tunnel (next to Dazaifu Amusement Park).
