Fun with Costumes: Dress Like the Ancient Japanese!
What:
Try on clothing from different periods in ancient Japanese history and take as many
pictures as you want!
You’ll be able to try on the following:
・ Kofun-period clothing (3rd – 7th century CE)
・ Kofun-period armor
・ early Heian-period clothing (8th – 12th century)
Clothing for children and wheelchair users will also be available.
When:

Museum Hall (Floor 1), Kyushu National Museum

Who can take part:
Anyone!
How to join:
Just turn up – no reservation necessary! Participants will get to try on costumes in order of arrival.
